Hey, I'm Adithya 👋
Building stuff that matters.
Currently scaling an AI QA platform.
I'm a 23-year-old engineer who's obsessed with solving complex problems, being curious, and building the next big thing. I love ambitious, technically challenging stuff that most people think is crazy.
How I Think
I prefer the hard problems
Incremental SaaS improvements bore me. I want to work on stuff that makes people say "that's impossible" or "why would you even try that?" Those are usually the most interesting opportunities.
Observing patterns through first principles
I love observing patterns both in first order and in the nth order, and what could lead to certain actions taking place. Primarily through first principle thinking.
Direct communication wins
I don't have patience for corporate speak or sugar-coating. Tell me what's actually happening, what's broken, what you need. I'll do the same. Life's too short for anything else.
Data tells the truth
I love being proven wrong by numbers. Whether it's shutting down Melon or pivoting strategy at Pie, I'd rather make decisions based on what the data says than what I want to believe.
Build for the long term
Quick wins are nice, but I'm playing a different game. I want to build companies that matter, that last, that change how entire industries work. That takes time, and I'm okay with that.
In-person > Digital
Real connections happen face-to-face. I'd rather have one deep conversation over coffee than a hundred Zoom calls. The best deals, partnerships, and friendships start with showing up.
Where I've Been
Product & Growth Strategy Lead
Building the entire outbound motion for our QA platform. Customer intelligence, Reddit advertising campaigns, Product Hunt and product-led growth, empathetic sales processes that don't feel like spam. This is my masterclass in taking a technical product to market.
Founder
Built a SaaS GTM tool. Learned everything about product-market fit, customer discovery, and when to call it. Made the hard call to shut it down when the path to PMF wasn't clear. Best education I could've asked for.
Founder
My first real startup attempt during college. Built an HRMS tool, learned how to sell to HR departments (harder than it sounds), and got my first taste of building something people would pay for.
Let's Talk
I'm always down to chat about deep tech, aerospace, building companies in India, or why your go-to-market strategy needs work. If you're working on something ambitious, let's connect.
Fair warning: I'm not great at keeping up with LinkedIn messages or Twitter DMs. Email or in-person is best. If you're in Bangalore, even better—let's grab coffee.
